What size properties do you take on?
We are able to take on any HMO property. We have a high demand for 4-6 bedroom properties.
We do not charge our landlords for the service we provide. We make our money on the difference between the rent we pay to landlords and the rent we collect from tenants. Tenants are charged a slight premium for high specification rooms, with all the bills taken care of.
After we visit your property to conduct our assessment, within 24 hours we will make you a fair offer based on market conditions in your area. The price we agree to will be the price we pay for the duration of the contract, regardless of what happens to the market or if the property is vacant.
Yes. Contractually, we manage the property, so we pay the rent. We will set up a monthly standing order direct to your bank account for the agreed rent. The transfer will be made on the same day every month for the duration of the contract.
This does not make any difference to the rent that we pay you. When a tenant is late on rent or fails to pay, then we tend to this issue. You will still get your rent paid every month on time.
Who pays for eviction costs?
In the unlikely event that a tenant needs to be evicted during the term, we will work with the local authorities to evict the tenant. The landlord will still receive monthly rent payments and will not pay for the cost of the eviction.

We are not Estate Agents. We are a leading property management company that specialises in placing professional tenants in shared accommodation. We have only one line of business: we rent properties from landlords and provide accommodation to professional tenants. Our service maximises your property's value through effective, on-going property management.
